RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURES

You can send us back your ordered products with original box to get refund/exchange. Please note that Earrings are non-refundable due to hygene reasons. Handmade products, hand engraved products and customized products are non-refundable.

Items must be delivered to us in 30 days after received. Please ship items back to us as DDP* (Delivery and Duty Paid) mode. We are not able to do customs clearance and it should be completed by your shipping provider. Once you shipped back package please provide us tracking number by filling up below form to track our side aswell. Once package is delivered to us we will reduce shipping cost ($15) and for jewelry, express shipping costs (if apply) ($25) and additional costs (if apply) and refund remaining amount to your payment method in 7 days after receive return package.

*Special Deals Season orders like Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday etc. or special discount applied orders are non-refundable.

If your package will not ship back with Delivery and Duty Paid Mode we are not able to receive your item and we are not able to refund. Please be sure of that shipments returns back as DDP mode. You can get detailed information about DDP mode from TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.
